About the Journal

ReCIBE is a diamond-level open-access journal focusing on cyber-human integration technologies, primarily in the areas of Computing, Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Photonics, Robotics, and Communications. Its quality is ensured through double-blind peer review.

ReCIBE is a quarterly publication of the Division of Technologies for Cyber-Human Integration at CUCEI (University Center for Exact Sciences and Engineering) of the Universidad de Guadalajara. It features original, peer-reviewed scientific articles in Spanish and English, presenting results, analyses, or state-of-the-art research.

From its inception until early 2024, the journal operated on a semi-annual schedule (publishing in May and November). The last issue published under this format covered the period November 2023 - April 2024. Starting in the second quarter of 2024, ReCIBE adopted a continuous publication model with quarterly deadlines to optimize editorial timelines and provide authors with immediate visibility

Our primary audience includes students, professors, researchers, and industry professionals.

We operate under the Creative Commons CC BU-NC-SA 2.5 MX license and are enrolled in the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) to preserve our publications.
