All scientific content is available immediately, permanently, and free of charge to users and their institutions. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, or link to the full texts without requesting prior permission.

The journal is fully funded and supported through institutional resources provided by the University Center for Exact Sciences and Engineering (CUCEI) of the Universidad de Guadalajara. As a result of this institutional support, the journal does not charge Article Processing Charges (No APC). Authors are fully exempt from any fees related to submission, peer review, layout, or publication of their manuscripts.
